Jessica Dunbar, MSPH, Executive Director
Jessica began serving as the Executive Director of RMYC in June 2014 and is responsible for the overall management, leadership and direction of the organization. She is committed to expanding health care access across the state and delivering high quality, integrated services so kids and families can lead healthy lives. Before coming to RMYC, she worked as the Director of Eligibility for Connect for Health Colorado, Colorado’s health insurance exchange, where she was part of the leadership team that directed the design, development and implementation of the new service that provides health insurance and federal financial support to eligible Coloradans. Prior to that, Jessica worked as a senior research analyst at the Colorado Health Institute (CHI), a non-profit health policy research organization. In this position, she worked collaboratively with providers and researchers to build a Safety Net Indicators and Monitoring System for Colorado. She also worked on various research and evaluation projects to support health foundations and communities working to respond to the health care needs of their residents. During her tenure at CHI, she also was instrumental in the early development of the Colorado Regional Health Information Organization (CORHIO) that supports the health care delivery system through the sharing of secure electronic medical record information across clinics and hospitals. Earlier in her career, Jessica worked on an integrated care team to support pregnant teens at the Colorado Adolescent Maternity Program and she spent several years at the Mental Health Center of Denver serving as a clinical case manager. She holds bachelor degrees in Psychology and Religious Studies from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California, and a Master of Science degree in Public Health from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Lori Cohn, Director of Care Management
Lori has served as Director of Social Services at Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics since 2006. Lori provides direct services to children and families, develops and implements programs and collaborates with community organizations to advocate for change. These efforts support the overall wellness and long-term success of children and families. She has 20 years of experience in social work, holds degrees in education and social work with specialized training in healthcare advocacy, education and leadership development. She previously served as an Early Intervention Coordinator at a Denver preschool and as a preschool teacher and medical social worker in New Jersey. Paul Eschen, Director of Finance and Business Development
Paul joined Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics as the Director of Finance in 2015. Paul is responsible for managing the financial operations and business development initiatives of the organization. Over the past 24 years, he served in a variety of financial and operational roles at Real Radiology, Olathe Community Clinic, Radiology Imaging Associates, PRO Behavioral Health, Eye Health Network and Qual-Med Plans for Health. Laura Luzietti, MD, Medical Director
Laura joined RMYC as a pediatrician in 2009 and became Medical Director in May 2017. In her role as Medical Director, Laura is responsible for managing all aspects of the delivery of clinical services, ranging from general primary care pediatrics to integrated behavioral health services, dental care and nutritional services. She also continues to see patients at the Denver Clinic. She is dedicated to the mission of RMYC and believes every child should have access to a medical home and high quality healthcare services, regardless of their insurance or socio-economic status. Laura completed medical school, Pediatrics Residency and a Chief Residency at Loyola University Chicago. She now, along with her husband and four children, considers Colorado home. Myung joined Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics in January 2017 and leads the organization’s communications, marketing, development and community partnership initiatives. She previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at Connect for Health Colorado, directing all branding, communications and marketing efforts during the organization’s critical early years of planning and operation. Prior to that, Ms. Kim served as Communications Manager for former Colorado Governor Bill Ritter. She also operated a communications consulting business, providing services to a variety of health care organizations, companies and government agencies. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kim worked as an award-winning newspaper reporter in Denver and Philadelphia. Hans joined Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics in January of 2014 working at Centennial High School’s School Based Health Center, and in July 2015 transitioned to become RMYC’s Director of Information Technology. Hans is responsible for information technology strategy, operations, projects and services that enable RMYC’s mission of connecting kids to healthy lives. Hans comes from a consultancy background, previously serving healthcare, financial and media companies, defining technical and operational strategy as well as building and delivering complex mission critical information systems. Hans has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Master of Science in Telecommunications, and a Master of Science in Business Administration: Information Systems. Jennifer joined Rocky Mountain Youth Clinics in May 2017 as the Director of Clinical Operations. She will be responsible for driving clinical improvement initiatives, integrated services and application of evidence-based practices. Jennifer will also oversee the design and execution of scheduling policies, procedures and operational workflows to support the delivery of high quality and efficient clinical care. Prior to joining RMYC, Jennifer worked at Children’s Hospital Colorado for the past 16 years. Jennifer started her time at Children’s in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as both a staff nurse and as the Department Education Coordinator. Jennifer transitioned to the Ambulatory Specialty Clinics 10 years ago where she managed many medical and surgical specialty clinics throughout her time.
